Burnout isn't a people problem... It's a design problem. Having worked across the film industry, from onset SFX to VFX post-production, this is what I keep coming back to about why talented, committed people break down, and what actually works to prevent it.

Rejection does not disappear with experience. It takes different forms, carries different weight, and demands greater responsibility from those in positions of influence, and why leadership responsibility matters more than we often acknowledge.
